Details & Condition: Show your loving side with this amazing and heavy 18k yellow gold necklace with beautiful high quality clean diamonds that has the distinct look and feel of quality.
This necklace was probably from their Synthesis collection which was notorious for it's heavy construction - it weighs a massive 33.20 grams ! As all Piero Milano jewelry officianado's know their early style necklaces were notoriously small! This one has been made larger by a jeweler and will now fit a 15.50 inch neck - this addition will be hidden by the neckline.
This piece is fully hallmarked with the early 621 AL 750 .
We do have to mention - If there had not been an extension we would have retailed it on our website for triple our current asking price.
Once very similar recently sold for just over 9k.

The center of the necklace has a beautifully designed heart, that is encrusted in small round diamonds, the rear has a lattice design also in a heart shape, it looks just as good from the rear! The accents have 4 small princess cut diamond on either side, 8 in total and an elegant necklace chain that is timeless.
Absolutely no diamonds missing or replaced.
